You'll need a valid driver's license, a major credit card in your name, and proof of insurance. For luxury and exotic vehicles, additional documentation and a security deposit may be required. International customers need a valid passport and international driver's permit.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-day rental fee. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount. Special events and exotic car rentals may have different cancellation terms.

Basic liability insurance is included in all rentals. However, we strongly recommend purchasing our premium protection package for comprehensive coverage. If you have personal auto insurance or credit card coverage, check if it extends to rental vehicles before declining additional coverage.

Yes, we offer delivery to hotels, residences, and LAX airport within Los Angeles County. Delivery is complimentary for rentals of 3+ days or for luxury/exotic vehicles. For shorter rentals or locations outside our standard delivery area, a fee may apply. Please contact us for specific delivery options.

The minimum age for standard vehicle rentals is 21 years. For luxury and exotic vehicles, the minimum age is 25 years. Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge. All drivers must have held a valid license for at least 2 years regardless of age.
